Services Voyager/WordPress Managed hosting

Voyager/WordPress

· Managed hosting

Your website is infrastructure. We run it like it.

The Managed WordPress Platform is Voyager operating your website: hosting on our own servers behind Cloudflare, monitoring through our Orbit plugin, weekly updates tested on staging, daily backups, security, lead capture on every form, an hour of changes a month, and a one-page report on what the site did for your business. Month to month.

Your one-page monthly report

  • Updates tested on staging: 0 to 14
  • Backups taken: 0 to 30
  • Enquiries logged: 0 to 23
  • Changes shipped: 0 to 4

01 What goes wrong

Hosted somewhere, updated by nobody.

Updated by nobody

A form that stopped delivering three weeks ago, and nobody noticed.

Tested never

A checkout a plugin update broke on a Friday.

Nobody counts the leads

Hosting companies report uptime. Nobody reports whether the leads arrived.

02 Monitoring

Thirty days, watched.

We watch uptime, response time, site health, security events and form deliveries, with alerts to us, not you. The report says what we saw. We do not promise a percentage.

  • Weekly core, theme and plugin updates, tested on staging for the ones that break things.
  • Daily offsite backups with 30-day retention, and a restore within one business day.
  • Monthly security scans, login hardening, and spam and database cleanup.
  • Lead capture on every form, logged and counted on your report.
  • One hour a month of content and configuration changes, next business day.
  • A one-page monthly report: uptime, speed, updates applied, leads captured, issues fixed.

07 Questions

What people ask about managed hosting.

What exactly is monitored?

Uptime, response time, site health, security events and form deliveries. We report what we saw. We do not promise a percentage.

How is this different from WP Engine or Kinsta?

They host the site. We host it and run it: updates, tests, backups, security, leads, and a person you can call.

Can I still edit my own site?

Yes. Your own edits are unlimited. One hour of our changes is included each month, two on eCommerce.

Is migration included?

Yes. We clone, verify on staging and cut over in a quiet window.

Am I locked in?

No. Month to month, and leaving includes a full export and DNS handover.

Do I need this for SEO or AI Visibility?

Yes, from the plans where we edit your site.

What is not included?

New pages beyond the change allowance, SEO, content, redesigns and third-party subscriptions.
