Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 19, 2026

This is the privacy policy for voyagermark.com, run by Voyager Marketing, LLC. It covers what this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

What you give us. If you use a form or tool on this site — the Marketing Ops Scorecard, a contact form, or an email link — we receive what you submit: your email address, your answers, and anything you write to us.

What the site records on its own. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested), which we use for security and troubleshooting. The site also stores first-party attribution data in your browser’s localStorage — the campaign parameters, referrer, and landing page that brought you here, plus a count of pages viewed. That data stays in your browser, expires after 30 days, and is only sent to us if you submit a form, so we can tell which marketing actually produced the inquiry.

What we don’t do. This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, and sets no tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use what you submit to do the thing you asked for — send your scorecard report, answer your message, follow up about working together — and to understand which of our marketing works. That’s the list.

Where it lives and who sees it

Form submissions are stored on this WordPress site and in our internal lead-management system. Both run on infrastructure providers we pay to host them; those providers process the data only to run our systems. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and lead records for as long as they’re useful for the purposes above, and we delete them when they’re not. If you want yours gone sooner, ask.

Your choices

Email us and we’ll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The attribution data in your browser is yours to clear anytime — it lives in your browser’s localStorage and clearing site data removes it.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions, requests, complaints: [email protected].
