Five things people ask before booking the call.
Are discovery calls free?
Yes. Forty-five minutes, no obligation, and no follow-up sequence if it is not a fit. We do not run sales sequences. If we said the call was free and then started running you through a nurture pipeline, the call would not really have been free.
What if I do not know which service I need?
That is the most common starting point. Pick “Not sure yet” on the form and tell us about the operational pain. We will point you at the right service or tell you we are not the fit. About one in three discovery calls ends with us recommending someone other than us—usually because the buyer is too small for our minimum, or the work is outside our five services.
Are you taking new clients?
Usually yes, with a four-to-six week start window. If we are at capacity we will tell you on the discovery call and recommend someone else for the timeline you need. We have a short list of agencies we trust for the work that is not ours.
Where are you based?
Distributed across the US. Headquartered nowhere in particular. We work with clients in any time zone but the bulk of our roster is EST/CST. Calls happen on whatever cadence works for you—most are video, some are async-only on long-running engagements.
Do you sign NDAs?
Mutual NDAs are fine and we sign them often. If you have one already, send it along with the form and we will review and counter-sign before the discovery call. If you do not have one and want one, we will send ours after the call once we know there is a fit worth protecting.
