Voyager Marketing offers six services across 15 target cities. That is 90 unique keyword combinations like WordPress Development in Austin and SEO Services in Houston. Each one needs its own landing page to rank for local search.
Building 90 pages by hand means writing 90 unique meta titles, 90 meta descriptions, 90 hero headlines, 90 body paragraphs, and 90 CTAs. At 30 minutes per page, that is 45 hours of work. We did it in one session.
The stack that made it possible
Three things made this work:
- Voyager Core plugin — registers a service_area custom post type with meta fields for every piece of content.
- WordPress Block Bindings API — our page template pulls content from post meta via block bindings.
- A WP-CLI command — creates all posts with populated meta fields in one run.
Step 1: Define the matrix
15 locations times 6 services equals 90 combinations.
Step 2: Build the template with block bindings
The SEO landing page template uses WordPress block bindings so content is dynamic. No PHP template tags needed — pure block markup with metadata bindings.
Step 3: Generate all posts with WP-CLI
One command created all 90 posts. 89 created, 1 skipped. Total time: about 10 seconds.
Step 4: AI enrichment for unique content
For the 20 highest-priority pages, we wrote genuinely unique body content with real local details.
Step 5: Schema markup and internal linking
Every service_area page gets ProfessionalService schema via RankMath. Blog posts automatically link to matching service area pages.
The result
92 service area pages live. Each with unique meta. Block bindings pulling from post meta. Schema markup for rich snippets. Auto internal linking. All tracked by Voyager Orbit.
