SVC · 04 · CONTENT
An editorial pipeline that publishes itself. Yours, not ours.
A standing content operation for your business: strategy, calendar, AI-assisted production, senior editorial judgment on every piece, publishing on a cadence that doesn’t depend on anyone’s nights and weekends. Built on your WordPress, documented so you could run it without us.

What this is
Not a content mill. A content system.
Content mills sell volume: cheap words at scale, written by whoever was available, sounding like everyone else’s blog. The other failure mode is the boutique writer who produces four beautiful pieces and then gets busy. Either way, the publishing stops the moment the vendor wobbles — because the vendor is the system.
We build the system itself: an editorial strategy bound to what your buyers actually need to read, a calendar maintained 90 days out, AI-assisted production with a senior editor owning voice and judgment on every piece, and a publishing pipeline that runs on your WordPress. The asset is the operation, not the word count — and the operation is documented well enough that you could take it in-house.
Who it’s for: service businesses that know content compounds but can’t staff an editorial function — and whose founders are currently the bottleneck on every piece. Who it’s not for: anyone who wants maximum words at minimum cost, or content for content’s sake. If volume is the goal, a mill is cheaper and we’ll tell you so.

How it runs
Foundation first. Then the pipeline takes over.
The first month builds the system — strategy, calendar, voice, pipeline — and ships the first work. Steady state is the system doing its job: publishing on cadence without you in the critical path.
01
Editorial foundation
Strategy interviews, buyer-question research, house style guide, and the first 90-day calendar. We learn how your business talks before anything publishes under its name.
WEEKS 1–2
02
Pipeline build
Production workflows stood up on your WordPress, review loop established with your team, first pieces through the full pipeline. First ship lands inside 30 days: real pieces, published, in your voice.
WEEKS 2–4
03
Steady state
The calendar stays 90 days ahead, the cadence holds, the senior editor holds the voice. Your involvement: subject-matter input and final-say review, on your schedule.

Take it in-house, if you want
The strategy is documented, the calendar is yours, the pipeline runs on your infrastructure. If you hire an editorial lead someday, they inherit a working system instead of a vendor dependency. Most clients don’t; the option is the point.

06
Common questions
Answered honestly.
How is this different from the SEO Growth Engine?
The SEO Growth Engine (from $1,500/mo) is search infrastructure: keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content in service of rankings. The Content System is an editorial operation: voice, strategy, and a publishing pipeline, of which search is one beneficiary. They compose well; plenty of businesses need only one. The discovery call sorts out which.
Is the content AI-written?
It’s AI-assisted and senior-edited — drafting runs on workflows we built, and a senior editor owns voice and judgment on every piece. Nothing publishes unreviewed. If a piece reads like a robot wrote it, the system failed and we treat it that way.
How many pieces per month do we get?
Scoped at onboarding, because the honest answer depends on your strategy — a technical buying-guide program and a founder-voice essay program have very different shapes at the same price. What’s fixed is the system: calendar 90 days out, cadence held, senior edit on everything.
Do we own everything?
Yes. The content, the calendar, the style guide, the pipeline — all on your infrastructure from day one. Cancellation means we stop adding to it, not that you lose it.
What do you need from us?
Subject-matter access — interviews with the people who know the work, async-first — and a final-say reviewer. The system is designed to need hours of your time per month, not days. If you become the bottleneck, we’ve rebuilt your old problem and we fix it.
