Voyager/AI
· Operations
AI at work inside your business, not beside it.
AI Operations is Voyager building AI workflows inside your business on a number you already track, then running them every month so they keep working. We scope one workflow, such as lead intake and replies, quote follow-up or review responses, build it on our own stack, test it on thirty days of your real inputs, run it beside your team for a week, then go live with a person approving every send for the first ninety days.
One lead-intake workflow, one night
- 9:47pm · an enquiry arrives from the contact form
- 9:48pm · a reply is drafted in your voice
- 7:02am · a person approves it
- 7:02am · the reply is sent
Illustration. We run the same stack for our own office: a morning brief every weekday and health checks across every client site.
01 What goes wrong
Growth creates office work.
Leads
Leads wait until morning.
Quotes
Quotes go out and nobody follows up.
Reviews
Reviews sit unanswered for weeks.
The owner spends Sunday assembling numbers. The usual answer is another hire. Automation demos promise the alternative, then break the first time a tool or a model changes, because nobody is running them.
02 Every build
What you get
Workflows we build most: lead intake and reply drafts, quote and estimate follow-up, review requests and response drafts, appointment and job reminders, invoice follow-up, a morning page with the numbers you check, and inbox triage.
- A two-week scope that names the number and measures it from your own data. Included in the Operating Audit, or credited to the build.
- A workflow built on our stack and connected to the systems you already use.
- Testing on thirty days of your real inputs before anything goes live.
- A week of running beside your team, so you can compare its work to theirs.
- A person approving every send, payment or deletion for the first ninety days.
- Monitoring and alerts to us, a runbook, and an owner’s guide for you.
- Every month: fixes when tools or models change, tuning, up to four hours of changes, and a one-page report showing the number against where it started and what it cost.
- A quarterly review to add the next workflow or retire one that stopped mattering.
- You own the system, the data and the accounts.
03 Pricing
One workflow or a program.

04 How it works
Scope, build, shadow, run.
- Scope Two weeks, one number, a one-page design per workflow, a fixed quote.
- Build About four weeks against your real data.
- Shadow One week beside your team.
- Run Live with approvals, monitored, reported monthly.
A single workflow, week by week

06 Questions
What people ask about AI Operations.
Will it send things without a person?
Not for the first ninety days. After that, you decide what loosens, in writing.
Who owns it?
You do: the system, the data, the accounts. We keep the right to reuse generic patterns.
Why a monthly fee after the build?
Tools change, models change, your business changes. A handed-over automation breaks within months. The run fee keeps it working and gives you someone on call.
Can we use our existing software?
Yes. We connect to your CRM, job software, scheduling, inbox, QuickBooks and Business Profile. We do not replace them.
What if we do not have a number?
Then we start with the Operating Audit or the scope and find it. No number, no build.
How is this different from Zapier and ChatGPT?
Tested on your real data, run beside your team first, approvals where it matters, monitoring, and a person who fixes it when it breaks.
